The Canterbury Rings is an ambitious project but the wonderful news is that you don’t have to wait to enjoy it! You can get walking the routes right now. They are all existing public rights of way or quiet tracks and lanes and apart from not being specifically waymarked as part of the new network they are easy to follow. They all have good existing signage (God bless you Kent PROW team!) and are well used. Of course like all footpaths they are occasionally muddy and brambly.  The OS 1:25,000 Explorer 150 map is ideal.
